You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or incorrect:

  • Clearance or sale items (unless received damaged or defective).

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, send:

  • Clear photos or a short video of the item.

  • A brief description of the issue.

We will review your request and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

4. Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or another agreed method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Exchanges

We will gladly exchange products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to product availability.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure described above.
