• You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase is successfully placed.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities in Pakistan: 2–5 business days

• Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, courier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

• Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where available) so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

5. Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number you provide are accurate. Woodland Toys is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may attempt another delivery or contact you for further instructions.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, occasional delays may occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your shipment.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Woodland Toys ships within Pakistan only. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
